Activities
Blue Eagle Yoga Breathing Exercises at the People Place, Mondays @ 1 to 2 pm and Fridays @ 11 to 12 noon. Excellent for those who cannot do physical exercise but want the benefits of cleansing, energizing and healing the body and mind. By donation only. Contact Melissa at blueeagleyoga@yahoo.ca
Community Based Youth Services Team Youth Achievement Appreciation Festival - May 20, 3:00pm-7:00pm at Polson Park. Youth bands, skateboard competition, and booths showcasing youth achievement, youth teams, youth activities, and youth clubs in Vernon and surrounding area. Free food for youth. Caregiver Support Group (Interior Health) Run by health care professionals, offers education, individual and group support. All caregivers of adults with age-related conditions are welcome. Room 102 at the People Place, the second Wednesday of each month, from 1 pm to 2:30 pm. Contact Joyce at 250 549-5737.
