Step 2 ORIENTATION SESSIONS
All persons willing to become volunteers are encouraged to attend one of our free weekly Orientation Sessions. Sessions are held on Wednesday afternoons or evenings. Please see calendar of dates below.

The purpose of the Orientation Session is:

1.   to introduce prospective volunteers to the needs and expectations of non-profit organizations in our community;
2.   to help prospective volunteers think about the time and talents that they wish to share with the community;
3.   to review the procedures we have in place to help volunteers find the best possible placement for their skills and interests;
4.   to present the numerous volunteer opportunities that require new volunteers.
